Whether I’m at a photo shoot, or trying to get the creative edge I need, music plays such a key role in my life. My mom was a pianist, and my dad a violinist, so I’m totally fortunate to grow up in a environment where music appreciation is at the top of the list. I love most kinds of genres, and can admire the composition and hard work that was put into each piece. Above is one of my portable speakers I bring with me to shoots. In the photography world, music can set the tone for the shoot and make people more comfortable, which is always a advantage. Creatively, music brings me to new places and makes me think in new ways.
