I’ve always passed this restaurant with awesome signage since it’s a few miles away from our place, but I was even more excited to finally head out to Jar Restaurant and taste the yummylicious food of Suzanne Tracht.
Suzanne Tracht has been on Bravo’s Top Chef Masters, and has a very fresh take on American Food. Her love for simplicity and comfort food was amazing as I tried one of her signature dishes - Chopped Sirloin, fried egg, green peppercorn sauce.
Bev and I were even lucky enough to catch her walking around the restaurant. We had to say hi and thank her for doing what she does. If you have havn’t watched the show yet, Top Chef Masters is totally sweet.
