Almost done reading a wonderful book about world famous photographer, Annie Leibovitz. Annie Leibovitz at Work is an insightful book into the journey of her photos from Rolling Stones to Vanity Fair. She also goes deep into her process of thinking when it comes to her photographs. I believe all people, especially photographers, go through a long, probably never-ending journey to find what makes them happy as they look through this rectangular viewfinder. Annie’s story is a beautiful journey that I will take with me as I go on my own. Annie is truly a teacher and a inspiration to the craft. She stayed true and passionate about what she wanted to shoot, and put in the work and the passion. Personally, I love stepping into the world of other photographers after reading books. A part of their style becomes a part of mine, and I can carry the torch to the next person that needs to be inspired. This book is like a 35 or 50 lens, a definite must in your arsenal!
